The Mosaic Bench Project is a collaborative project underway involving AVUSD students and community members. I initiated this project with the concept of adding mosaic to 7 large concrete benches as a way to enhance the campus with some permanent art installations as well as to add more art making outlets to the community. We started with one and we continue to work on them as funding comes in.
